This is dinner for Tuesday 2 March 2010. It’s radiator pasta with my own sauce recipe. This first picture shows all the ingredients as listed here:
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x 6oz packages of Lightlife Chickn Strips (soy)
- 1 Tofurky Italian Sausage
- 1 can of A&W Petite Cut Tomatoes
- 1 cup Bertolli Olive Oil and Garlic spaghetti sauce
- Italian Seasoning
- 14 Tassos Pimiento Mammoth (Greek) Olives
Preparation:
Chop Chickn Strips and Italian sausage and saute in olive oil until strips are slightly brown. Add can of tomatoes, chopped olives and Italian seasoning. Let simmer on medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes. Do not over cook. Prepare pasta and put into large bowl. Cover with sauce.
Okay now, about the beer. That’s O’Doul’s, a non-alcoholic beer. No more than 0.5% alcohol. With me/cfs, my body has no tolerance for alcohol. I don’t get drunk, my IQ just drops to that of an egret. I can stand and look around but can’t get up and fly off.
